Job summary

Novacore is expanding its Account Management team in Conshohocken, PA. This hybrid role focuses on servicing and renewing accounts within the Automotive Aftermarket insurance lines, building strong client relationships and ensuring accurate processing.

You will manage renewals, analyze risk, and collaborate with underwriters while maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. A Property and Casualty license is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Manager in P&C insurance.
• 2-4 years P&C experience required.
• Property and Casualty License is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Account Manager

The Account Manager will support the specialist insurance team (ASD) primarily focusing on handling the day‑to‑day servicing of accounts as well as account retention/renewals.

This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of information being processed across the Automotive Aftermarket insurance lines.

This is a hybrid opportunity, with 3 days onsite/week from the Conshohocken, PA Home Office.**

Responsibilities:

• Market and placement of renewal business.
• Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business control standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
• Maintain current market and product knowledge.
• Review and present to clients their preparation of quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities.
• Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality.

Qualifications:

• Prior Account Manager experience
• 2-4 years Property and Casualty experience
• Property and Casualty License
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent product knowledge and expertise
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work independently
