About The Role

This role involves working with homeowners nationwide on large-scale, high-value home improvement projects. Responsibilities include full-cycle sales, from lead qualification to closing, and remote project management.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management, interested in a mix of sales and collaborative project building. This position offers growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding business line.

Location

Remote work is possible from Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to inbound leads, advise homeowners, and secure projects.
  2. Leverage and expand our network of service providers, creating new partnerships.
  3. Manage multiple projects from outreach to invoicing.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of at least 25+ leads monthly.
  5. Develop relationships and learn new skills in sales, project management, and vendor relations.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in customer success, sales, or account management, including customer service roles.
  • Comfortable with phone, email, and text communication, especially calls.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage high-volume relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growth.
  • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, home services, or real estate is a plus.
  • Experience with ZenDesk or exceeding quotas is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $50,000 + quarterly bonuses, with average earnings of $60,000-$70,000, top earners over $80,000.
