Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the refining industry, coupled with strong technical and troubleshooting skills. You'll be responsible for building client relationships, monitoring chemical applications, and leading technical projects.

Refinery Account Manager – Downstream Chemicals

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily chemical treatment programs in refinery operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor and troubleshoot chemical applications; provide performance reports.
• Lead technical projects and collaborate on innovative solutions.
• Support field operations, lab analysis, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in hydrocarbon processing or fuels treatment.
• Experience working at a refinery
• Strong technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with lab methods and data interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license; TWIC eligible.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexibility for after-hours support.
