About the Role

The role involves managing executive-level relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance while leading a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership & Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact for the account, managing executive-level relationships across business and IT stakeholders. Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with senior leadership to establish Tech Mahindra as a trusted advisor and preferred partner.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Mining: Own revenue growth targets for the account, with a focus on organic growth through cross-selling and upselling services across Service Lines (ADMS, CIS, ES, NW, BPS, NGS, DEA). Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning, and practice teams to craft proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Strategic Planning & Account Development: Maintain an updated account plan including org maps, deal pipeline, key initiatives, and competitive intelligence. Provide input to solution teams on client-specific needs to influence service/product development and customization.
  • Financial Management & Compliance: Own P&L responsibilities for the account, ensuring revenue realization, margin targets, and cost optimization. Manage commercial contracts, pricing strategies, renewals, and invoicing coordination in partnership with legal and finance. Ensure contract compliance and manage change requests or amendments as needed.
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client and Tech Mahindra’s internal units – delivery, pre-sales, practice heads, legal, and finance. Drive collaboration across internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and seamless execution. Escalate and resolve cross-functional challenges affecting the account’s success.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market movements to anticipate client needs. Share intelligence with leadership and contribute to refining Tech Mahindra’s GTM strategy in the HLS vertical.
