Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an Account Manager to oversee security operations for assigned client accounts, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and supervise personnel while fostering strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, handle multiple priorities, and ensure compliance with site procedures and post orders; a minimum Associate Degree and several years in security or business management are expected.

Summary

Benefits

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $95,000.00 to $99,320.00 /Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications

Education/Experience

• At least 18 years of age.
• Associate Degree.
• 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
