C.H. Robinson has launched Blue Print, a 24‑month accelerated development program for high‑potential graduates. In this entry‑level Account Manager track, you will lead business reviews and contribute to customer strategies using data and human expertise to drive growth.

You will work on‑site with peers four days per week in Charlotte, NC, with one remote day, gaining mentorship, training, and cross‑functional exposure to become a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, graduation expected by summer 2027.
• Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals (modes, capacity, pricing, service, and customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and real‑time problem solving.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business and helping solve real supply chain challenges that affect their daily operations.
• Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers.
• Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Participate in customer business reviews, account planning discussions, and strategic growth conversations alongside experienced Account Managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive business results.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas, building a strong internal network and a deep understanding of how decisions are made across the business.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027.
• Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.

Compensation Range

$17.31 - $36.04
