CTMK Network is seeking an Account Manager to join our Entertainment & High-Net-Worth Client Services team. You will manage day‑to‑day financial operations for a portfolio of clients, oversee GL activities, and provide strategic financial guidance to executives and high‑income individuals.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives, tax professionals, and external partners to ensure precise reporting, timely statements, and proactive advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, GL, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing Business Management firm specializing in financial and accounting services for entertainment professionals and high-net-worth individuals. This position offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, oversee financial operations, and serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, exceptional client service skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities for a portfolio of Business Management clients.
• Support a team of Account Executives
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing financial guidance and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger activities.

• 10% commission on originated business, paid in perpetuity, subject to the firm's commission plan.
• Employee referral bonuses and discretionary performance bonuses after the first year.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
