Position: Account Manger

Primary Goal: Markaaz is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support its highest-priority strategic accounts. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Global Partnerships and Key Accounts, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship, ensuring client success, and identifying growth opportunities within the account. Acting as a monetization engineer, this role is focused on unlocking each client’s full potential by helping them derive maximum value from Markaaz’s platform and data products. This requires a hands-on partner who can deeply understand the client’s business, guide strategic adoption of our solutions, and drive meaningful expansion through trusted advisory and cross-functional collaboration. The Account Manager will work closely with the VP of Program Delivery and internal teams to deliver outstanding client service and ensure long-term partnership success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned strategic account on all day-to-day matters in addition to acting as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and ongoing utilization of Markaaz’s platform and data products
  • Help facilitate and drive account growth by identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities across additional business units or markets. This includes developing a deep understanding of the client’s business needs, organizational structure, technology stack, implementation environment, and key success metrics
  • Serve as a monetization engineerby proactively advising clients on how to better leverage Markaaz’s capabilities to optimize internal workflows, enable new revenue streams, and drive operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, Operations) to deliver timely and high-quality outputs aligned with client needs
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure alignment with the account’s goals
  • Support the General Manager of Global Partnerships and Key Accounts in strategic planning, meeting preparation, and executive reporting
  • Partner with the VP of Program Delivery to deliver client training sessions, develop usage guides, and provide continuous support to optimize adoption and value realization
  • Ensure the client is using Markaaz data effectively and accurately, proactively addressing any questions or issues that arise
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates, performance reports, and recommendations to both internal leadership and client stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen the relationship
  • Partner with Markaaz Product, Technology, and Data teams to maintain a thorough understanding of Markaaz’s offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition and roadmap to the client, and relay client needs and areas of opportunity to internal teams to help shape future solutions
  • Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen the client relationship and drive retention and expansion

Required Minimum Education and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Experience working with or supporting enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of B2B business needs, data challenges, and technology implementation
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe, and other sales and project management tools for B2B lead generation and project management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
