Koch Business Solutions, LP, in partnership with i360, seeks an Account Manager for its Political Accounts Team in the United States. You will build relationships, onboard clients, and close gaps between product usage and client needs to drive long-term value.
You will manage a portfolio across engagement levels, coordinate with internal teams, and help customers extract value from i360 data and technology.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Political Accounts Team. The primary focus of this role is to drive long‑term customer retention by establishing i360 as the preferred partner for the pro‑free‑market political community. As an Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with customers and serve as their day‑to‑day point of contact, guide onboarding and adoption of i360's products and services, and identify and close gaps between which products customers are using and what they need to succeed, all with a keen eye on creating long‑term value for each of our clients.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess experience in customer success, account management, or client services within SaaS, data, or technology, combined with a background in campaign, nonprofit, or Political Action Committee related work. Your responsibilities will include proactively managing a portfolio of accounts across a range of engagement levels, coordinating across internal teams to resolve customer needs, and acting as a trusted day‑to‑day point of contact to help customers extract the utmost value from i360 data and technology.

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000- $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
