Aston Carter is seeking an entry-level Account Management Specialist in Eastlake, OH. This role blends inside sales, marketing support, customer service, and admin duties to drive business growth and deliver excellent customer experiences.

The position is onsite, full-time, with schedule 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and a contract-to-hire path. Salary ranges from $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in internships, customer service, retail, or marketing is a plus.
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Work Environment

This is an onsite, full-time position with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams, using technologies such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing initiatives.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eastlake, OH.


Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.


Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
