Job summary

Jobtailor in Phoenix is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Admin to support case implementation, RFP data population, and policy compliance. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales to ensure timely gathering of items and setup, while maintaining excellent communication with external producers.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, 2–3 years of data entry experience, and the ability to learn new programs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years data entry and data management experience preferred.
• ESL experience a plus
• College degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Aptitude to learn new programs
• Candidate must be in the greater Phoenix metro area
• Ability to coordinate with external producers, Account Managers, Sales, and other departments

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of new and renewal sold cases
• Work with Account Management to ensure all items needed to implement a case are received timely
• Ensure policy documents are compliant and provide policy-level support
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales to ensure proper setup and contact management
• Aid in completing producer RFIs and coordinate with other departments
• Develop in-depth knowledge of department products and services and articulate the department's value proposition
• Communicate with external producers to obtain missing RFP elements
• Create shells in the underwriting system and populate RFP data
• Participate in training, initiatives, and projects as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
