Description

Use comprehensive knowledge of bank software and policies to process maintenance requests from other bank departments, ensuring control and quality. Adhere to bank policies and regulations regarding account maintenance, including the Overdraft Protection program, and handle service implementations and removals as requested.

Essential Duties

1. Learn and understand bank policies and software.
2. Collaborate with Deposit Operations to maintain and modify DDA account types as requested.
3. Assist other departments with projects related to CIF and account maintenance.
4. Explain maintenance procedures clearly to bank personnel.
5. Support the scanning/verifying department when needed.
6. Maintain a clean CIF and review CIF maintenance activities.
7. Have good knowledge of the ODP program and other overdraft options.
8. Confidentially use Chex Systems & Experian databases for reporting.
9. Charge off and close accounts when necessary.
10. Review Daily Maintenance and ODP Reports.
11. Handle incoming Address Changes via OLB and Frontline staff.
12. Ensure proper setup of AFT and Sweep transfers.
13. Maintain Credit Disputes via e-Oscar portal.
14. Manage accounts of deceased customers and notify Deposit Operations of government credits to be returned.
15. Assist in other department areas as needed.
16. Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service for requests.
17. Pay attention to detail and communicate effectively.
18. Keep work area clean and professional.
19. Maintain customer confidentiality per bank policy.
20. Participate in training sessions as required.
