Acushnet Company in Massachusetts seeks an Account Lead to serve as a trusted strategic partner, connecting business, brand, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns that meet Titleist brand standards and business goals.

You will lead complex productions from planning through execution, manage timelines and budgets, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with internal and external partners to drive results while maintaining uncompromising quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in agency account management or integrated project leadership.
• Proven experience leading video, photography, and integrated productions from planning to execution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, production partners, and creatives.
• Experience managing project budgets, scopes of work, and agency/vendor relationships.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and perform under pressure.
• Passion for the game of golf and appreciation for the Titleist brand.

What You Will Be Doing

Through proactive leadership, operational excellence, and expert project management, you will help deliver best-in-class campaigns and creative assets that elevate the brand, drive business results, and enable teams to perform at their highest level.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in agency account management, client services, or integrated project leadership within creative, marketing, or production environments.
• Proven experience leading complex video, photography, and integrated content productions from planning through execution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external agencies, production partners, and creative stakeholders.
• Experience managing project budgets, scopes of work, and agency/vendor relationships.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and balance competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and perform effectively under pressure or in changing business conditions.

Pay Range: $101,727.00-$129,537.00
