Job summary

BLUE CHIP GROUP LLC in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Account Support Specialist to manage customer accounts and learn the commercial, operational, and financial mechanics of beverage production.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful launches, accurate execution, and strong account performance, gaining hands-on exposure in a 24-hour production environment and a clear path to Account Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation).

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact supporting assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain account records, product specs, and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and new product launches.
