Job summary

BAAM Creative Studios in Hackensack, NJ is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and build lasting relationships for our visual marketing, large-format printing, and installation services.

You will identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle from initial contact to project completion, prepare quotes, and collaborate with our production team to deliver tailored client solutions for corporate clients and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising, printing, signage, or fabrication is a plus.
• NYC industry connections are a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate leads through cold outreach, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events
• Build relationships with new clients and decision-makers
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through project completion
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet sales goals
