Job summary

Diamond Baseball Holdings’ Rancho Cucamonga Quakes are seeking an Account Executive to join the Ticket Sales Team at LoanMart Field. You will generate new business, renew memberships, and deliver outstanding customer service to fans.

This role requires enthusiasm for sports, a professional phone manner, and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of our promotions and partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with at least 6 months in sales or customer service.

• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record in sales and building relationships within sports.
• Friendly, professional telephone manner and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with professionalism in the community.

• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression in Tickets.com.
