Job summary

Goosehead Insurance agency is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business revenue monthly, building a book of business through referrals from real estate and mortgage professionals. You will analyze insurance options from a large carrier portfolio to provide tailored solutions for households.

The role includes extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development. Compensation includes uncapped commissions with renewal potential and a President’s Club trip

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major preferred.

Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income.
