Goosehead Insurance is looking for an Account Executive to build a book of business by prospecting and forming referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals. You will assess clients' insurance needs, compare options across a broad carrier portfolio, and deliver tailored solutions to reduce household risk.

The role includes extensive training in Salesforce and sales processes, uncapped commissions with renewals, and top performers may earn a Presidents Club trip.

Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income.
