Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment? We're looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Account Executive to play a key role in driving access to therapy for patients with complex conditions by building and maintaining high-impact partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll serve as the connector between specialty prescribers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and internal teams—ensuring seamless collaboration that translates into real patient outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to work across high-growth therapeutic areas and directly influence referral volume, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow and manage strong relationships with key prescribers, office staff, and healthcare teams to drive consistent referral volume.
• Act as the main point of contact for manufacturer and trade accounts—leading strategic conversations, business reviews, and ongoing relationship development.
• Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and therapeutic-area-specific gatherings to build your network and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot reimbursement issues, streamline processes, and eliminate barriers to care for patients.
• Analyze market trends, pipeline products, and FDA approvals to stay ahead of the curve and support business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, admissions, therapy management, and executive leadership to support your accounts and drive value.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related fields
• 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy sales
• Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and travel as needed
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
