Role Overview

The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales at T-Mobile is for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals passionate about building customer relationships and delivering T-Mobile’s products and services to underserved markets.

This is a hunter role focused on meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by acquiring new accounts with small and medium-sized businesses (1-299 employees). You will sell products, services, and solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads. You will analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value, tailor recommendations, and close deals.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under supervision.
  2. Customer Needs: Demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions, including plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
  3. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals.
  4. Skill Development: Develop prospecting, calling, and relationship management skills through training and meetings.
  5. Sales Approaches: Create effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
  6. Sales Automation: Use CRM tools like Salesforce to manage sales activities and report on progress.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of verifiable sales experience in acquiring new customers, preferably in a commissioned environment
  • Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Total target cash pay range: $71,800 - $129,400, including incentives. Base pay range: $43,080 - $77,640. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience. For specific pay details, visit this link.

Employees in retail and sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly incentives.
