This hunter role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring new accounts with small and medium sized businesses (10‑299 employees) while developing skills to advance to the next level Account Executive, SMB sales role. You will sell products, services, and solutions through prospecting, cold‑calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. You will analyze customer needs and use solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services, tailoring recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 – $129,500 (inclusive of target incentives). Base Pay Range: $43,020 – $77,700.
