What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Conduct discovery calls to consult with prospects on their business objectives
  2. Educate customers on how the software solution drives their business success
  3. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and close deals
  4. Achieve monthly recurring revenue quotas
  5. Build and maintain a sales pipeline using a CRM system (Salesforce.com)

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of proven success as a sales representative
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to act independently and manage multiple clients and issues simultaneously
  4. Experience driving a sales pipeline
  5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience selling within the field service or transportation and logistics (T&L) industries is a plus
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
