Account Executive - France - Small Business French market

What will you do in this Small Business France Account Executive role?

As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use outbound selling strategies to find new business and help them grow using HubSpot software. You will run online demos of the software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your target clients will mainly be small and mid-sized businesses. This role is based remotely in your home office, operating within an inside sales model, and involves full-cycle closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying challenges faced by prospective customers and discovering suitable marketing solutions
  • Consistently closing new business at or above quota
  • Nurturing relationships with qualified opportunities at small companies
  • Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Collaborating with marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategies with new features and products
  • Contributing ideas and skills to shape HubSpot's future mission

Role requirements:

  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets, especially in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Excellent consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong goal orientation and achievement strategies
