Job description

Right now we are in need an experience outside sales professional in the southern California area.

200,000+ / year OTE (uncapped commission)!

FULLY REMOTE

Video security systems and surveillance sales experience is required.

We are a manufacturer and distributor of video management and surveillance systems. Providing a variety of system variants, such as a camera-to-cloud solution, a hybrid cloud version, and a traditional on-premise systems.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role involves understanding client needs in the video surveillance and security industry, and providing tailored solutions that leverage our technology offerings.

200,000+ / year OTE (uncapped commission)!

105,000-$110,000 / year base salary, plus commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the video surveillance and security sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions related to video surveillance and security
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Monitor account performance and provide reports to management
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and account management within the security or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of video surveillance, security systems, and related sales processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with IP, Cloud, and Video Management Software is a plus
  • Experience with multi-server, multi-video environments and VSaaS concepts is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
