What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision makers to close new sales
- Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources to secure new clients
- Utilize various prospecting methods including phone calls, direct mail, and seminars to seek new clients
- Analyze client needs and interests, referring to appropriate products as necessary
- Expedite resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience with successful completion of required training programs
- 2 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Ability to complete and submit accurate business paperwork and reports
- Strong communication skills to project a positive company image
