The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Payments Sales Executive to sell our embedded payment solutions to our existing client base. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, forward-thinking self-starter with experience in selling Payment Processing solutions. Government experience is highly preferred. This is a fully remote position.

Job Duties Include:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Cultivate and close clients within local government agencies.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to position our payment solutions as the best option.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  4. Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, challenges, and growth initiatives.
  5. Analyze merchant statements, develop profitability models, and pricing strategies.
  6. Lead product demonstrations highlighting key value propositions.
  7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and after.
  8. Collaborate across departments to find new ideas and opportunities.
  9. Build consensus on initiatives across multiple teams.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
  • Experience selling payment processing products and solutions.
  • Experience selling into the government sector is a plus.
  • Experience selling embedded payment solutions into SaaS clients is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Ability to analyze merchant statements and present comparative analyses.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and drive action.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, performance-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
