What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall tissue volume growth in assigned regions by promoting precision oncology diagnostics
- Execute Laboratory Service Agreements and negotiate pricing agreements with healthcare providers
- Present services and solutions to C-level executives in hospitals and oncology departments
- Manage and expand existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and forecast sales via CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in account management in pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- Deep knowledge of FFPE Tissue based NGS / CGP testing and pathology workflows
- Proven track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting is a plus
- Ability to travel over 50% within the assigned territory

- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background in life sciences, pathology, or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
