What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive tissue volume growth in assigned regions through strategic sales and education
- Execute Laboratory Service Agreements and negotiate pricing agreements
- Present Guardant services to C-level executives and target new business opportunities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers
- Deliver in-field training on pathology workflows and diagnostic tests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in account management in pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- Deep knowledge of FFPE tissue-based NGS/CGP testing and pathology workflows
- Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting
