Position Details: Starting salary of $75,000/year, with potential to reach six figures after 5 years of successful service. Benefits include 100% tuition-free education for employees at the Master's level, 75% coverage at the Doctorate level, and tuition benefits for dependents.

Training: New hire training will be conducted in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus.

Who You Are:

• A goal-oriented individual passionate about education, with 3+ years of experience in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management.
• Exceptional communicator and coach, eager to help non-traditional students succeed.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred), with a clean credit report and no delinquent federal student loans.
• Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while traveling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule for extensive travel, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to increase awareness and inquiries about our online programs.
2. Build high-impact partnerships and deliver informational presentations through various channels.
3. Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process.
