We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Madison, Janesville, Beloit , WI territory in this community-based opportunity. Starting salary is $75,000 per year, with an earning potential of a six-figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor.

*Must reside within 30 miles of Madison, Janesville, Beloit, WI*

New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus.

Now is the time to bring your talent to GCE, where you’ll play an integral role in guiding students from application to course completion. Here’s how you’ll make an impact as an Account Executive:

As an Account Executive, your week might include:

  • Strategy and execution. Developing and implementing event/activity plans for your territory, raising awareness of our online programs in education, healthcare, and business, and driving inquiry generation. Building high-impact partnerships and executing your work through presentations, calls, and emails, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Partner and influencer. Providing exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners via in-person, phone, or email communication. Promoting GCE’s mission and supporting student success and institutional growth.
  • Heart and Hustle. Working remotely with ambitious targets, supporting prospective students through the admissions process, and guiding them toward successful online learning experiences using your critical thinking skills.

The role might be right for you if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred. No delinquent or defaulted federal student loans, verified via credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must show current payments.
  • Outstanding time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, even while traveling.
  • Clear communication skills. Proficiency in explaining concepts clearly in person, in writing, and over the phone, with well-developed listening skills.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed. Proactive in seeking challenges and taking ownership of your interactions with students.
  • High emotional intelligence. Empathy and ability to connect with diverse students and partners.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule. Ability to travel extensively within your territory, with some evening and weekend availability.
  • Computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.

  • Experience with CRM tools.
