Puig is seeking an Account Executive for Niche, Southeast to drive sales and strategic growth across major retailers in Southeast Florida. You will build lasting relationships with store teams and cross‑functional partners, ensuring Puig Niche brands are represented with purpose, energy, and strong product knowledge.
You’ll lead sales strategies, analyze trends, and oversee staffing, merchandising, and events to exceed targets.
The Account Executive, Niche, Southeast is a key partner within the Southeast Florida territory, consistently meeting and exceeding seasonal sales goals across major retailers. This role is more than just driving numbers- it’s about building strong, lasting relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business in thoughtful, strategic ways. You’ll work closely with store teams, internal partners, and retail staff, bringing strong product knowledge, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. With natural energy and enthusiasm for the work, you’ll help ensure Puig Niche brands (BYREDO, Penhaligon’s, Dries Van Noten, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Christian Louboutin Beauté) are represented with purpose and impact, motivating teams and elevating the customer experience.

Compensation:
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00-$95,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
