Account Executive - National Accounts (PA/DE)

Position Overview

Join J. J. Keller, a leader in safety and compliance solutions, as a National Accounts Field Sales Professional. Collaborate with an inside sales team to provide cloud-based solutions, training, outsourced services, and consulting to senior decision-makers in transportation, environmental, health & safety, and human resources sectors. We offer comprehensive onboarding, dedicated training, and a specialized selling course to support your success. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania or Delaware and be prepared to travel 50%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed monthly sales targets and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Navigate complex business cycles and negotiate favorable agreements.
  • Expand accounts by identifying new contacts and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Experience
  • Field sales experience selling intangible services and solutions.
  • Industry experience in Transportation, EH&S, or HR required.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise clients preferred.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience.
