The platform is a robust, data-rich professional growth solution with an exceptional customer NPS above 95. It is establishing itself as an emerging leader in the K-12 professional growth software market. You’ll have the opportunity to sell an outstanding product that continues to evolve and improve.

The company has achieved strong product-market fit and still has significant growth ahead. Joining at this stage provides substantial opportunities for professional development and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

The team is humble, sharp, and user-focused, combining a mission-driven mindset with strong business acumen. Collaboration and shared success are core to the company culture.

This is a remote-first organization that offers exceptional flexibility, including an extended holiday break, Summer Fridays, Focus Fridays (limited Slack and meetings), and semi-annual team offsites.

  • Navigate complex B2B SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders where the end user is not always the decision-maker.
  • Execute the full sales process, including discovery, demos, objection handling, contract negotiations, and closing.
  • Engage with Professional Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Teaching & Learning leaders within K-12 school districts.
  • The unique capabilities of the platform, customer outcomes, and the company’s implementation model.
  • The sales methodology and proven strategies that drive success.
  • The company’s philosophy around educator growth and the power of actionable data.
  • Meet your new teammates and become familiar with the organization.
  • Connect with cross-functional departments to understand the customer journey.
  • Explore the platform, review customer use cases, testimonials, recorded calls, and case studies.
  • Shadow sales calls and begin leading your own.
  • Start building pipeline and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Leverage the knowledge of the Sales and Customer Success teams regarding best practices, customer stories, and common buying patterns.
  • Confidently communicate value propositions and position the platform based on customer needs.
  • Attend conferences to network with school district leaders and build your territory.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop region-, product-, or persona-specific campaigns.
  • Track close rates and analyze trends for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Share best practices with teammates.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product to help improve the platform.
  • Consistently close new business and celebrate team successes.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with school districts throughout your territory.
  • Become highly proficient in HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen sales processes and pipeline development.
