What you'll do

As the Account Executive (AE), you are a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and closing new business in an assigned geographic territory. You are eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. Your focus is on acquiring new customers or expanding existing accounts with additional use cases, products, and services. You are accountable for exceeding quotas, managing deals proactively, ensuring forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage of Docusign solutions in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales quotas to support company goals
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting within a geographic area or verticals
  • Deliver customized sales presentations and product demos via phone and online
  • Develop and negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue using sales tools
  • Collaborate with pre/post sales resources including SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and others
Job Designation

Hybrid: The role involves both in-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days/week in the office. Location requirements may vary by team and business needs.

What you bring
Basic
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in an AE or quota-carrying role
Preferred
  • 3+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling web-based products/services
  • Proven ability to over-achieve quotas
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Travel up to 10% as needed
Additional Information

Pay varies by location and experience. For example, in California, the range is $37.74-$57.12/hour. Sales roles are eligible for variable incentive pay based on performance. Benefits include PTO, parental leave, health plans, retirement options, learning and development, and compassionate leave.
