Job summary

Popmenu is hiring a true hunter to win the Miami restaurant market. This high-velocity, outbound-driven role focuses on building channel partnerships with POS providers, distributors, and local restaurant associations to create a steady stream of warm introductions.

You will prospect daily, deliver compelling demos showing ROI, and close in short sales cycles. Must live in the Miami metro and thrive on a performance-based, team-driven environment with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proven hunter with strong outbound success.
• Track record of building and growing channel partnerships or referral networks.
• Experience selling to SMB decision-makers.
• Comfortable operating in short sales cycles (≤ 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Own and build the Miami territory (must live in the Miami metro).
• Build, foster, and expand channel partnerships with POS providers, distributors, and local restaurant associations to create warm introductions.
• Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
• Run compelling, high-energy demos that clearly articulate ROI.
• Create urgency and close consistently in a short sales cycle.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Miami restaurant landscape and partner ecosystem.
• Become a recognized name in the restaurant community and among local partners.
• Partner with your regional team to refine messaging and drive market strategy.
• Protect the brand by selling with integrity; avoid overpromising and heavy discounting.

This is a high-activity, outbound-heavy territory role that also leans hard on partnerships: you will build real relationships with POS providers, distributors, and local restaurant associations that keep warm introductions coming. The Sale

Buyer: SMB restaurant owners and multi-location operators

Sales cycle: Typically under 30 days, often much faster

Environment: High-velocity, outbound-driven, field work required.

• Protect the brand by selling with integrity. No overpromising, no heavy discounting, no poor-fit deals

Who You Are

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Proven hunter with strong outbound success required
• Track record of building and growing channel partnerships, alliances, or referral networks that generated real pipeline
• Experience selling to SMB decision-makers
• Comfortable operating in short sales cycles under 30 days
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated
• Energetic by high activity and high-volume environments
• Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, closing, and partner relationship management
• Confident delivering strong product demos and articulating long-term ROI
• Highly organized and effective at managing your time
• Relationship driven. You understand hospitality is a small world, and that a strong partner network compounds
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout the territory multiple times a week
• Must live within the Miami metro

Bonus: restaurant experience or SaaS experience in restaurant tech; existing relationships with POS providers, distributors, or restaurant associations in South Florida

Compensation

• Base: $75,000 to $80,000
• OTE: $150,000+
• 50% base / 50% commission
• Uncapped earnings
