SpecialtyRx, Inc. in South Columbus, OH is seeking an Account Executive to service long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.

The role requires either a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with long-term care experience preferred. The Account Executive will manage relationships across South Columbus and surrounding areas, coordinating with pharmacy staff to provide optimal support and solutions while maintaining high-quality service

Qualifications

• Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, nursing home or assisted living preferred.
• Pharmacy background preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
• Respond to inquiries from client facilities in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate support and solutions.
• Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information and communicate updates.
• Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey prep.
• Audit boxes to ensure proper par levels and no expiration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility leadership.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and facility teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Travel throughout South Columbus and surrounding areas as needed.
