Job summary

AACI Group, Inc. is seeking a results-driven P&C insurance sales professional to own the sales outcome for your squad in a remote US-based role. You will set plans, prioritize deals, and drive hit-rate targets for new business premiums during California business hours.

You’ll mentor other producers, coordinate with servicing teams, and leverage AI-native tools to streamline processes. Competitive base salary plus squad-based variable compensation, health benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of P&C insurance sales experience with active license.
• Strong knowledge of California homeowners insurance and catastrophe-exposed markets.
• Experience leading and mentoring other producers with excellent communication skills.
• Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 plus squad-based variable compensation.
• Health benefits and paid time off.
• Remote within the U.S. working California business hours.
