SitelogIQ has exciting developments in Southern California! We are seeking talented Sales Professionals to join our expanding team. Our Account Executive will be part of our West Division, working remotely in Southern California. The role targets the K-12 education market, providing proactive, industry-leading financial and energy solutions that enhance the fiscal health of our clients' budgets and deliver guaranteed, self-funded results. The position requires strong financial and analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex sales environments. You will engage with all levels within K-12 school districts, including senior leadership, Boards and Councils, and facilities and operations staff.

Target compensation ranges from $80,000 to $130,000+ per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commissions.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the sales process from start to finish.
  2. Research and develop a business development and marketing plan for your territory and market segment, identify and qualify opportunities, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
  3. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other methods.
  4. Coordinate with the solution development team to create and deliver compelling solutions tailored to customer needs and deadlines.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and facilities staff.
  6. Manage CRM diligently to track sales pipeline and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience selling solutions to K-12 or similar entities.
  • Experience with facilities, facility systems, energy, and utilities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and operating budgets.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent proposal writing skills for RFPs and RFQs.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
