Job summary

StormWater Pros LLC is seeking an energetic Account Executive to drive growth of hydrovac and CCTV services in Mesa, AZ. You will blend business development, account management, and sales support to generate new revenue and strengthen customer relationships from initial contact through project completion.

You will promote hydrovac excavation, CCTV inspection, potholing/daylighting, and stormwater maintenance while coordinating with Dispatch and Operations to maximize truck utilization and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, or sales coordination for field service environments.
• Knowledge of hydrovac, underground utilities, or stormwater services is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, estimates, and scheduling priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using a CRM to track leads, activities, estimates, and pipeline progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, and utility companies.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, client visits, and referrals.
• Promote hydrovac, CCTV inspection, potholing/daylighting, and 24/7 emergency response services.
• Prepare estimates, service proposals, and rate sheets for hydrovac and CCTV services.
• Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM and follow up to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to align customer commitments with crew availability.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying repeat service opportunities across projects and locations.
