Job summary

Unified Group Services in Anderson, IN seeks an Account Executive to maintain customer and broker relationships, present reviews and renewals, and discuss cost-saving options for self-insured health plans. Travel to client locations is required, with occasional conferences or health fairs.

Training will be provided; after ramp-up you will work independently, proactively prepare for meetings, and stay current on health care options, with opportunities to obtain relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and broker relationships.
• Meet with each customer at least three times a year to present reviews and renewals.
• Communicate changes the customer would like to internal team members.
• Respond to all customer requests for information.
• Build strong relationships that promote Unified professionally, emphasizing value and superior customer service.
• Proactively prepare for meetings and presentations.
• Learn and stay current on industry changes, health care options; may be asked to get a certification when necessary.
