Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $146,000 – $156,000
  • Commission: Paid monthly; tiered structure with accelerators
  • Quota: $400K net new revenue annually

  • Typical Buyers: HR/Payroll Directors, CFOs, and CEOs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts and follow up on inbound and referral leads
  • Run tailored demos and collaborate with internal solution consultants
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across HR, finance, and executive teams
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasting using HubSpot CRM
  • Represent the company at key industry events (5–6 annually)
  • Leverage frameworks such as Challenger, SPIN, or Solution Selling to navigate complex sales cycles
