Account Executive – Fi360 - Direct to Advisors Sales (Remote)

Position Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! At Broadridge, you will work with the largest wealth and retirement organizations in the US and abroad, introducing and evangelizing our Fi360 software solutions. Our existing clients seek new products from Broadridge, and you will be at the forefront of omni-channel digital solutions aimed at Financial Advisors looking to grow and monitor their books of business.

This is a remote role with limited travel for team learning, collaboration, and industry conferences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Generate and qualify new leads via phone, email, and social media
  • Develop and execute creative outbound sales strategies
  • Track and report prospecting and sales activities in CRM
  • Engage with prospects and clients to discuss needs and product solutions
  • Address client questions on products, pricing, and availability
  • Highlight product features based on client needs and technical knowledge
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales or service agreements
  • Identify prospective clients through directories, LinkedIn, leads, organizations, and trade shows
  • Assist customers in product selection based on needs and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues on strategies and marketing information
  • Work with sales management to ensure process efficiency
  • Aim to exceed sales quotas and KPIs
  • Attend industry conferences as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Sales experience with a passion for technology solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on customer acquisition and relationship expansion
  • Strong objection handling and gatekeeper bypass skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and digital tools
  • Experience with CRM and process management
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00/hour. Commission and bonus eligible. Broadridge considers experience, skills, and education for salary determination.
