Position Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! At Broadridge, you will work with the largest wealth and retirement organizations in the US and abroad, introducing and evangelizing our Fi360 software solutions to the marketplace. Our existing clients and relationships continually seek new products from Broadridge. You will be on the cutting edge of omni-channel digital solutions focused on Financial Advisors who are seeking to grow and monitor their book of business within their firms.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited, mainly for team learning, collaboration meetings, and industry conferences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Generate and qualify new leads via phone, email, and social media
  • Develop and implement creative outbound sales strategies to fuel growth
  • Track and report prospecting and sales activities in a CRM
  • Contact prospects and clients to discuss needs and explain product solutions
  • Respond to client inquiries about products, prices, and availability
  • Emphasize product features based on client needs and technical knowledge
  • Negotiate prices and sales or service agreements
  • Identify prospective clients through directories, LinkedIn, leads, and events
  • Assist customers in product selection based on needs and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues on selling strategies and marketing
  • Work with sales management to ensure process efficiency
  • Aim to exceed sales quotas and KPIs
  • Attend industry conferences as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Sales background with a passion for technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on customer acquisition and relationship expansion
  • Overcome objections and bypass gatekeepers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and digital tools
  • Experience with CRM and process management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary range: $25.00 - $27.00 hourly. Commission and bonus eligible.
