What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales targets for Enterprise Software Solutions and meet revenue goals
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities while collaborating with broader sales teams
- Develop and manage an accurate sales forecast and pipeline for software solutions
- Utilize value-based selling techniques to quantify project ROI and structure deals
- Provide regular status reports to sales management and monitor revenue performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visas
- Minimum of 8 years of Software Sales experience
- Strong understanding of ERP, MES, QMS, and emerging technology trends
- Proven ability to sell at senior management and executive levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with software applications such as FactoryTalk, ERP, MES, and SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts and interaction with IT and manufacturing systems
- Previous pre-sales, direct sales, or consulting experience in manufacturing technologies
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing Technologies
