Job summary

Huzzle.com is seeking a proactive Dutch-speaking High-Ticket Sales Closer to join their remote network of real estate-focused clients. You will conduct video calls, qualify prospects, and close 1-2 deals daily while supporting a monthly target toward 400K revenue, working as an Independent Contractor.

You will collaborate with international client teams, adapt communication styles across cultures, and leverage GoHighLevel, Slack, and Google Meet to manage your pipeline and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (essential).
• Proven sales experience with cold calling and direct selling.
• High-ticket sales and closing experience required.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and engaging tone.
• Ability to build rapport and listen actively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 4-5 video sales calls per day with booked prospects.
• Handle around 45 qualified showed calls per month.
• Close 1-2 direct sales per day from qualified prospects.
• Build strong relationships through communication and rapport-building.
• Use mirroring and adaptive tone to connect with customers.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable remodelling solutions.
• Address objections and guide prospects through decisions.
• Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers.
• Maintain accurate activity and follow-ups in company systems.
• Aim toward revenue targets with a reference target of 400K.

About the Company

Our client operates in the real estate and home improvement industry, specialising in bathroom remodelling. They help homeowners transform their bathrooms through tailored renovation solutions. They are looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking High-Ticket Sales Closer to join their sales team and convert qualified prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 4-5 video sales calls per day with qualified prospects who have booked and attended their appointments
• Handle a target of approximately 45 qualified showed sales calls per month
• Convert qualified prospects into customers, targeting an average of 1-2 direct sales per day
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building techniques
• Use mirroring techniques and an adaptable tone of voice to establish trust and connect with different customer personalities
• Understand customer requirements, present suitable solutions, and communicate the value of bathroom remodelling services
• Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Apply culturally sensitive communication and closing techniques when engaging with Dutch-speaking customers
• Maintain accurate sales activity and follow-ups using the company's systems
• Work towards revenue generation targets, with a reference target of 400K

Requirements

• Fluent in both Dutch and English (essential)
• Proven experience in sales, particularly cold calling and direct sales
• Demonstrable high-ticket sales and closing experience
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging tone of voice
• Strong rapport-building, active listening, and mirroring skills
• Ability to adapt communication and closing techniques to different customer personalities and cultural backgrounds
• Comfortable conducting video sales calls and working towards daily sales and revenue targets
• Reliable, organised, and able to communicate availability consistently
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Slack, and Google Meet
