Job summary

TESIM Electric is seeking an Account Executive to own hyperscale and enterprise data-center accounts. You'll sit under our Director of BD and be the individual contributor who lives inside 5–10 target GC and owner accounts — running the pursuit, keeping the relationship warm, and turning bid invitations into won work.

This role requires 5+ years in electrical construction sales, executive presence, and willingness to travel across Texas to hyperscaler sites, with a compensation of $52–$80/hr DOE

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction sales, business development, or GC-facing preconstruction.
• Executive-level presence with GC precon and PM teams.
• Track record of moving companies onto GC short lists and converting bids to wins.
• Willingness to be on the road across Texas and to hyperscaler sites.

Responsibilities

• Own hyperscale/enterprise GC and owner accounts.
• Weekly meetings, quarterly business reviews, bid-walk attendance.
• Coordinate with estimating to turn bids into winning proposals.
• Pipeline discipline in the CRM; forecast accuracy the leadership team can rely on.

Preferred Experience

• Existing relationships at target GCs (JE Dunn, DPR, Turner, Rosendin, Bartlett Cocke, Joeris, Zachry, SpawGlass).
• Direct data-center or mission-critical experience.
• Background originally from GC precon or electrical estimating.

Compensation

$52–$80/hr DOE. Health, dental, vision. Vehicle/mileage. Paid holidays.
