Account Executive | Cybersecurity Services (West Coast Region)

UltraViolet Cyber is seeking an exceptional Senior Cybersecurity Sales Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the enterprise sector by effectively selling our cutting-edge cybersecurity services and solutions.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with C-level executives. You will be a strategic thinker, able to understand our clients' needs and recommend comprehensive solutions that align with their cybersecurity requirements. You will be a self-starter, motivated to drive new business and exceed revenue targets.

This opportunity is designated for California, Hawaii, and Nevada territories, though open to discussing other key accounts if applicable. Candidates must reside in one of these locations.

Work You'll Do:
  1. Generate pipeline through identifying clients who best match the business use cases we solve and the value created through a consistent prospecting strategy.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each enterprise account in your portfolio.
  3. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and aligning our solutions accordingly.
  5. Conduct discovery sessions and scoping workshops with clients. Deliver persuasive presentations showcasing the value of our cybersecurity offerings.
  6. Lead clients through proof of value that maps to business metrics and value identified during discovery.
  7. Align champions, coaches, executive sponsors, and economic buyers throughout the sales process.
  8. Navigate complex legal and financial requirements, driving stakeholders on both sides to closure.
  9. Collaborate with technical and professional services teams for seamless onboarding and implementation.
  10. Manage accounts to foster long-term satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  11. Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  13. Attend industry conferences and events to expand your network and promote our company.
What You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in solution sales within the cybersecurity industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience generating pipeline through consistent prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client and internal relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Expertise in selling cybersecurity managed or professional services.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
  • Familiarity with the Command of The Message value-based sales approach.
