Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in communications, entertainment, or public relations.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape and mechanics of influence.
• Able to move from support to active narrative ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own daily outreach and storytelling for a roster of consumer and lifestyle clients; lead media relations across outlets.
• Architect 360-degree moments that bridge media relations, influencer ecosystems, and brand integration.
• Lead identification and engagement of voices for campaigns; manage influencer seeding and talent-led activations.
• Produce materials including creative briefs, itineraries, blog content, and executive briefing notes.
• Monitor social zeitgeist and trends to flag moments and shifts for clients.
• Own agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers for senior managers and clients.
• Lead logistical execution of client meetings and talent-focused events; manage on-site media and talent.
