Account Executive, CoStar Data & Analytics – Century City, CA

As an Account Executive, you will sell new business and manage an expanding portfolio of clients, leveraging CoStar’s products to deliver value across the commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and promote the value of CoStar products.
- Effectively manage and grow your client portfolio, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and tailored solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals.
- Represent CoStar at industry events, cultivating long‑term relationships and a professional network.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in client management and post‑sale service.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling data, research, and analytic platforms, or related experience in commercial real estate, financial services, business intelligence, marketing, or information providers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Interest in the commercial real estate market and willingness to develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite.
- Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset focused on customer satisfaction and market knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on relevant skills and experience).
