The Account Executive is responsible for managing a book of medium-to-large volume Corporate Apparel Direct (CAD) accounts. Acting as the primary point of contact, the Account Executive oversees day-to-day account needs, facilitates smooth operations, and supports account retention and growth through ongoing relationship management, program support, and operational execution. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. The Account Executive will also support customer contract renewals, website launch calls, assist the sales team, and ensure ongoing account service. This position reports directly to the Corporate Apparel Direct Account Executive Supervisor.
